The fully furnished and air-conditioned Neptunite apartment is on the 6th floor of a renovated corner building with an elegant facade at an attractive address right in the historic center of Brno. Most of the city’s monuments are within walking distance, including the St. Peter and Paul Cathedral or Zelný Trh Square.
The interior with parquet floors consists of a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a sofa bed, a satellite TV with internet access, a separate bedroom, and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower. Also included is high-speed Wi-Fi, a washer-dryer, and a security system.
The listed price, which includes cleaning and a weekly change of linens and towels, is for 2 people; there is an additional charge of 15 euros per night for each additional person.

We ask all guests to check in online at least one day before their arrival by using the link provided in the confirmation email.
The guest registration form is not intended solely for our internal use. The information is automatically forwarded to the Foreign Police in accordance with the law (Section 101 of Act No. 326/1999 Coll.). Czech citizens are also required to fill out the form for security reasons related to the guest register. If online check-in isn’t completed properly, we can’t send you check-in instructions, and therefore you won’t be able to check in.

You will find the apartment key in the safe in the apartment building starting at 2:00 PM.
One day before your arrival, we will email you instructions on how to pick up the apartment key.

When you leave, please make sure the apartment key is on the table inside the apartment, and close the front door behind you.

Our accommodation features a fully equipped kitchen, including a Nespresso coffee machine and complimentary coffee capsules. If you need more capsules, you can purchase them at the Nespresso store just a few minutes’ walk from the apartment building. We also provide complimentary tea, sugar, salt, and pepper. The tap water is safe to drink.
The bathroom is equipped with hand towels and bath towels, shower gel, shampoo, and liquid soap. We provide a washer-dryer, including free laundry detergent. We don’t provide fabric softener. An iron, clothes rack, and ironing board are also available.
Weekly cleaning is included in the price of your stay. If you would like additional cleaning, we can arrange it for an extra charge of €15. For stays longer than 7 nights, we will restock all supplies (such as coffee capsules, laundry detergent, etc.) free of charge.
