The fully serviced Brno apartments are housed in the air-conditioned Masarykova N°30 residence, a classic Historicist building boasting a lift, original architectural elements and more. The elegant apartments provide attractive accommodation in the heart of Brno, close to all major sights and the main train station.

The apartments have free Wi-Fi Internet, air-conditioning, satellite TV with Internet access, washer/dryer, microwave, dishwasher, linen and towels, and weekly cleaning.

We will send you the instructions one day before your arrival to the email address you provided during online check-in. If you haven’t received the instructions, you either didn’t complete the online check-in correctly or didn’t finish it. If you did complete the online check-in but haven’t received the instructions, please check your spam folder.

Unfortunately, we don’t offer a luggage storage service. We don’t have a front desk, so there is no one here to watch over your personal belongings.

The apartments are located in a pedestrian zone where vehicles aren’t permitted. We don’t provide parking, but can recommend the DOMINI PARK parking garage. It’s a 5–8 minute walk from our apartments. We don’t manage the parking garage, so please check online for the relevant information.

Unfortunately, that’s not possible. We’re located in the historic center of Brno and also in a pedestrian zone.

Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the property, including smoking out of windows or using e-cigarettes. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a fine of €400. If the fire alarm is triggered, you will be required to pay an additional fee of €400.

The building is equipped with an elevator that provides access to all six floors. The apartments are located on the 3rd through 6th floors.

Each apartment is equipped with its own washer and dryer. We provide a free supply of laundry detergent for stays longer than 7 nights. Please note that we don’t provide fabric softener.

Yes, Netflix is available in the apartments, but you’ll need your own existing account to access it.

All apartments have a heater/radiator located under the window in each room. Below the radiator, you will find a switch to control it. To turn on the radiator, set the switch to the desired temperature between 1 and 5. Don’t use the control panel on the wall to regulate the heating, the panel is used exclusively to control the air-conditioning, which only cools the room.

Yes, we provide fully equipped apartments, including bed linens and towels based on the number of guests in the reservation, with a change of linens and towels for stays longer than 7 nights.
